We’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and we are super pumped to share some amazing new features rolling out this week in Omniflow! Whether you're a long-time user or just checking us out, we think you're going to love what's new.

📄 Create Documents Without Projects

What’s New: Have you ever just wanted to jot down a great idea without going through the whole process of creating a project? We hear you! 🙌 One of our most requested features is finally here—Documents. Now, you can create documents on the fly, no project setup needed. Whether it’s a quick brainstorm, a detailed outline, or a concept you're not quite ready to flesh out into a full project, Omniflow has your back.

How to Get Started: From the left side Nav, click on "Documents" to see all the documents you have. You may further click on "+ Add Document" on the top of the page to start adding a document.

🔐 Access Control: Keep Your Content Secure

What’s New: We know how important security is when you’re working with sensitive ideas and projects. That’s why we’ve introduced Content Access Control. Now, whether you’re working on a project, document, or custom template, you can control who has access to your content. Only the right people will see your work—when you want them to.

How to Use: When creating or editing a document, project, or template, simply choose Access to give the right access to others. Update permissions anytime to keep your content secure as it evolves.

🛠️ Simplified Development Plan Creation

What’s New: Let’s face it—breaking down tasks for a development plan can be a pain. We get it. You asked for a simpler process, and we delivered. 🎯 Now, all you have to do is tell Omniflow the skill sets required for your project, and voilà! Your task breakdown is ready in seconds. Teammate Invitation is longer needed!

How to Use: Pick the Roles Needed on the Development Plan screen, and click on "Generate Task". You only need to assign tasks and teammates when you're ready to schedule and finalize the project timeline.
