New Features

The Omniflow Team has been hard at work providing new feature capabilities.

‍In-App AI Editing

• Description: We’ve introduced a powerful AI-driven content refinement tool. Users can now select a block of content within Omniflow and utilize our AI editor to automatically update or refine the content. This feature is designed to enhance productivity by providing intelligent suggestions and edits, saving you time and effort.‍
• How to Use: Simply highlight the text block you wish to edit, select options from modal of what you’d like to update, and watch as the AI refines your content in real-time.

Document Sharing

• Description: Sharing your documents just got easier! You can now share any document created in Omniflow directly via email or make it publicly accessible with a simple click. This feature is perfect for collaborating with team members or sharing product updates with stakeholders outside of Omniflow.‍
• How to Use: Open the document you wish to share, select "Share," and choose between emailing it to specific recipients or generating a public link for broader access.

2-Way product Data Sync with JIRA

• Description: We’ve integrated a seamless 2-way sync between Omniflow and JIRA. Now, you can not only publish your Omniflow development plans directly to JIRA but also pull data from JIRA back into Omniflow. This ensures that your product management data is always up-to-date across both platforms, providing a unified view of your product’s progress.
• How to Use: In your product settings, enable the JIRA integration. Once set up, you can publish your development plans to JIRA and automatically sync updates from JIRA back into Omniflow.

Improvements & Fixes

• Enhanced User Interface: We’ve made several UI tweaks to improve navigation and usability.
• Performance Optimizations: Faster load times and smoother transitions have been implemented across the platform.
• Bug Fixes: Addressed various minor bugs and glitches to ensure a more stable experience.

How to Get Started: Easy peasy. Just click on your user avatar, select Templates, and voilà—you’re ready to go! Start crafting with Omniflow’s AI by your side, bringing your ideas to life faster than ever.

How to Use: Jump into Omniflow, click on your avatar, and you’ll instantly unlock access to update your profile, view custom templates, and more.

What’s New: We’re all about saving you time! ⏳ That’s why we’ve added an enhancement to auto-fill your company details in your user profile. Less typing, more creating!

How to Use: Simply go to your profile by clicking on your avatar, select My Profile, and you’ll see the magic in action. Less manual data entry!
